Young Strings Double Bass Tutor

Royal Northern College of Music Young Strings provides musical training to young people between the ages of 5 and 8 years in a caring and supportive environment on Saturdays during term time. We are currently looking for a Double Bass Tutor, beginning September 2025. The role includes teaching regular small group double bass lessons on Saturdays, 9.00 – 11.00am. Saturday classes take place at Manchester High School for Girls. Tutors will need to be familiar with approaches which integrate musicianship with instrumental teaching.
