Instrumental, Vocal & Classroom Teachers
Buckinghamshire Music Trust inspires exciting, meaningful and engaging musical experiences for every child in the county. They seek committed, dynamic and passionate teachers to make a high quality, practical impact through individual, group and ensemble teaching.
Buckinghamshire Music Trust are seeing a significant increase in demand and need great new teachers to help ensure that all young musicians can flourish. They have a number of opportunities available, and all roles will commence in September, although there may be the option to start earlier if appropriate. All roles can be tailored by area and the amount of teaching desired by candidates and will be discussed at interview. Once part of BMT there will be more opportunities to get involved in ensembles, projects and music centres.
We are looking for teachers in the following areas:
- Whole Class Practical Musicianship in primary schools – all instruments
- Upper & lower strings tuition
- Flute tuition (able to teach other woodwind at lower levels)
- Piano tuition
- Vocal tuition
- Drum kit tuition
- Guitar tuition
- KS3/4 classroom teaching in secondary schools
