In Conversation with Music Declares Emergency
How can music, on all levels, play a significant role and take meaningful action in response to the climate emergency?
With initiatives and new practices being announced and launched all the time, the conversation around sustainability can seem limited to the largest companies and the biggest releases and shows. Yet, music on all levels and across all sectors can make meaningful contributions.
Music Declares Emergency CEO Lewis Jamieson will discuss the current music industry action, the role of the artist, and the centrality of the fan in putting music at the heart of climate action.
This session will be of interest to our projects working with young artists as well as NextGen artists and those wanting to learn more about ongoing climate initiatives in the music industry.
