Chair of Lincolnshire Music Hub
Lincolnshire Music Hub is seeking an inspiring and strategic leader to become Chair of the Music Hub Board. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of music education across Lincolnshire and ensure that every child and young person has access to high-quality musical experiences.
About the Role
- Provide leadership and governance for the Music Hub Board, ensuring compliance with Arts Council England requirements.
- Champion the vision and values of Lincolnshire Music Hub, promoting inclusivity and excellence.
- Work collaboratively with partners, schools, and community organisations to strengthen music education provision.
- Support strategic planning, monitor performance, and drive innovation.
- Act as an ambassador for music education in Lincolnshire.
About You
- A strong commitment to music education and its impact on young people.
- Experience in leadership, governance, or strategic roles (education, arts, or community sectors desirable).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion principles.
