She has experience as a Senior Leader within a Music service and specialisms in Music, Inclusion and Early Years.
Ruth has a mission is to empower people to embrace their life journeys and transition from feeling ‘stuck’ and /or overwhelmed to truly ‘flourishing’. Ruth is an accredited Life Coach.
