With a passion for growth and over 20 years experience working in Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Education and Music, Ruth has relished the last 10 years of entrepreneurship, as Founder of three small businesses including Melody Tots and most recently Ruth Morgan Coaching. She has experience as a Senior Leader within a Music service and specialisms in Music, Inclusion and Early Years.

Ruth has a mission is to empower people to embrace their life journeys and transition from feeling ‘stuck’ and /or overwhelmed to truly ‘flourishing’. Ruth is an accredited Life Coach.
