We are seeking to appoint outstanding instrumental teachers to start in September 2025 to inspire children and young people across the London Borough of Haringey. Successful applicants will have excellent communication skills and be expected to deliver high quality teaching across a diverse range of genres. Strong accompaniment skills and experience performing in contemporary styles would be a great advantage.

We are currently looking for:

  • Classical Guitar teachers. 1-2 days per week. Teaching 1-to-1 lessons and leading / assisting our Whole Class Instrumental Teaching (WCIT) programme
  • Cello teachers, up to 1 day per week, teaching 1-1 lessons with possible additional work leading / assisting our Whole Class Instrumental Teaching (WCIT) programme
  • Steel Pan ensemble leaders
  • Piano teacher: we need teachers to take 3-4 days in primary and secondary schools in – with potential to split this work with more than one teacher
