Leading Inclusion When the Room Isn’t Ready

  • 22nd April 2026
  • 3.30pm - 5pm
  • Online (Zoom)

In partnership with The I.D.E.A.L Network, learn how to lead change when others are unsure, uncomfortable, or disengaged.

Explore how to lead change when others are unsure, uncomfortable, or disengaged with Sam Stimpson & Yinka Ewuola. In the session expect to gain knowledge on understanding resistance vs. hesitation, how to navigate difficult conversations and moving from awareness into action.

Sam and Yinka will give practical strategies for progressing inclusion work and handling pushback.
