Instrumental Music Tutor – Brass
Barnsley Music Service is seeking to recruit a Brass Tutor to work with an outstanding team of music tutors, amazing young people and in excellent schools. We deliver an inclusive programme of instrumental and vocal tuition, creating inspiring musical opportunities for children and young people.
Pay: Unqualified teacher Pay Scale 3-6
This role involves:
- Teaching brass instruments to whole class key stage 2 age children in primary school
- Teaching brass to small groups (3/4 children) and individuals in primary and secondary schools
- Conducting after -school bands
- Working 3 1/2 days per week with the opportunity to expand
- Must include a Tuesday and a Friday (other days flexible
