Ensemble and Events Coordinator
The Music for Life Ensemble & Event Coordinator is responsible for supporting the smooth running of weekend ensemble rehearsals and Music for Life events, providing high-quality logistical, administrative, and pastoral support to students and tutors.
- Responsible for coordinating rehearsals and programmes, including welcoming attendees, preparing spaces and equipment, distributing materials, and managing scheduling or room changes.
- Provides pastoral support by supervising students, upholding safeguarding policies, and escalating concerns as needed.
- Handles communication and administration such as attendance tracking, sharing updates, preparing event materials, liaising with venues, managing licensing requirements, maintaining registration records, updating risk assessments, and ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Oversees logistics by setting up and packing down equipment, moving instruments, reporting issues, and maintaining a safe, tidy working environment.
