As a Community Music Support Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of Music on Sea’s community music programmes for children and young people. You will provide a welcoming first point of contact for families, oversee attendance and sign-in procedures, maintain accurate records, support safeguarding and health and safety processes, and assist tutors with the smooth running of sessions. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, helping to create a safe, inclusive and positive environment where young musicians can learn, develop and enjoy making music.
