This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Birmingham National Open Youth Orchestra Ensemble! This chamber ensemble comprises of young disabled and non-disabled musicians playing a mix of orchestral instruments – including a vocalist. There is some use of music technology in the group. Working closely with the Music Leader, the Assistant Music Leader role is a brilliant chance to develop your skills in a stimulating and musically diverse environment. Additionally, there is the opportunity for the person in this role to contribute to the National Open Youth Orchestra’s national work with the touring orchestra.
