A Fresh Look at Music Curriculum Resources
Music education specialists Simon Toyne and Liz Dunbar present this free ISM Trust webinar, taking a fresh look at music curriculum resources in advance of the new academic year.

The presenters will walk through the Music Department Resources website, offering an interactive session on using the lesson plans and resources in practice.
Topics covered include specialist teaching materials, formative and summative assessment tools, non-specialist cover, and homework and revision tasks.
This session is designed to help you navigate key challenges in the curriculum and pedagogy. Simon and Liz offer practical guidance on:
- Tried and tested lesson material, including video clips, questions, answers and supporting materials
- A deep dive into curriculum resources and pedagogical approaches for Key Stage 3
- A pragmatic guide to delivering a lesson and using resources to support your teaching
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about how these services can support your teaching.
