Celebrate World Nursery Rhyme Week with Tees Valley Music Service’s free online resources for early years learners. Featuring sing-along videos, lyric packs, and curriculum-linked activities, these resources support musical engagement, rhythm, storytelling, and creativity in nurseries and EYFS settings.
Tees Valley Music Service (TVMS), lead partner of the Tees Valley Music Hub, has developed a complete suite of free resources to bring the joy of singing and music-making to young learners. The resources include sing-along videos of the official World Nursery Rhyme Week songs plus additional favourites, lyric packs to support learning and participation, and activity packs aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
These materials are designed for use in classrooms, nursery settings, or at home and can be incorporated into daily routines, music lessons, or themed learning activities. The packs encourage children to develop musical skills, confidence, rhythm, and storytelling, while also providing ideas for creative movement, percussion, and voice exploration. Families, nurseries, and EYFS settings across the UK are welcome to access these resources freely and use them to inspire children through music.
