Rachel explores how to create personalised self-care plans to aid viewers through these challenging times and beyond.  And how to better communicate with yourself to have a positive effect on neuroplasticity, the wiring up of the brain, that will enable better-coping strategies.

Rachel Pink has over 10 years’ experience devising and delivering creative, dynamic sessions around well-being and resilience to improve mental and emotional health, even during the most challenging of times.

Her passion and dedication in this area is mirrored by her evidence-based approach, using techniques and wisdom from positive psychology, compassion, and current findings from neuroscience, including the value of mindfulness and meditation. Rachel inspires through her sessions enabling personal ‘light bulb’ moments for participants to find their own unique well-being practice.
