Martyn’s Law comes into force in 2027. It will have implications for music education activity in any premises with a capacity over 200 people. It’s not just about concerts and events: weekly music centres will have to formulate and practise procedures. The below linked paper is for all music education providers and it considers most usual activity and how it may be affected by the new Act.
