Across the music education sector, recruiting and retaining music educators is becoming an increasing challenge. Through this campaign we will support our membership with the recruitment and retention of music educators, while raising awareness of music teaching music as a viable and rewarding career pathway.

We are a membership organisation, Subject Association, and an Arts Council England Investment Principles Support Organisation (IPSO) advocating for excellent musical learning in and out of school.
