Severn Arts, the Music Hub Lead Organisation for Herefordshire and Worcestershire, is committed to offering new, inclusive arts activities that focus on widening access to the arts for all, with a particular emphasis on children and young people.
This key role will lead the organisation working with the Senior Leadership Team to develop, deliver and evaluate our agreed strategic business plan; promote growth and sustainability and foster a positive, inspiring work environment that empowers our team to deliver our vision and goals.
