Sir Simon Rattle: “Learning music is a birthright”

Sir Simon Rattle says learning music is a birthright and musicians should start young.

In an interview with the Observer, the English conductor, who is currently the chief conductor of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, also said he felt music education is becoming a bigger issue all over Europe.
