NYO Inspire Days are a fantastic and FREE opportunity for teenage musicians playing at Grade 6 or above to experience an immersive day of workshops and rehearsals, focused on peer learning with NYO Musicians.

NYO Inspire Day is your chance to take your playing to the next level and get that breakthrough orchestral experience. Spend an immersive day in workshops and rehearsals, focused on peer learning and sharing with NYO Musicians. Then end the day with a performance for family and friends. So, if you’re aged 13-19 and playing at Grade 6 or above, apply for your free place. Places are limited and allocated on a first come first serve basis.

NYO Continued Professional Day: Music Teachers & Music Professionals
At our NYO Inspire projects, we welcome music education hubs, music services, schools and music education professionals to spend a day with us on guiding teenage musicians in their orchestral playing. You’ll have the opportunity to observe our rehearsals, Tutors, and Conductors, while openly discussing ideas and developing your skills in nurturing young musicianship.
