Music Mark Partners with Convo for BSL Services

Music Mark is delighted to be partnering with Convo to unlock conversations with you using real-time British Sign Language (BSL).

Through Convo, you can connect with a qualified BSL interpreter in real time and communicate with Music Mark directly. The service is available through the ‘Convo Now’ app on iOS and Android, or through a web browser.

Connect with Music Mark in BSL

If you use BSL, you can contact Music Mark through the Community Directory in the ‘Convo Now’ app. Simply find us in the Community Directory, start your call, and a qualified BSL interpreter will join and help you communicate with a member of the Music Mark team.

You can also use Convo when visiting us at our Annual Conference or other in-person events. Scan the Convo Access QR code using your phone to be connected with a live BSL interpreter who can translate the session or event you are attending.

Getting started with Convo

If you’re using Convo for the first time, you’ll need to complete a quick one-time registration.
You can:

• Download the Convo Now app from your device’s app store;

• Visit https://uk.convo.io/UserWebApp and register using your web browser.
