New this year, the Inspiring Futures Professional Learning Community provides an opportunity for senior leaders working in the music education sector, particularly CEOs and Heads of Department, to strengthen their leadership capital and capacity.
Alongside maintaining high-quality musical provision, leaders are expected to navigate funding pressures, workforce development, inclusion agendas, partnership working, cultural strategy, and systemwide change. Following its first successful year, the Stepping Up to Leadership course with Andy Hind is returning in September. Over six online modules facilitated live by Andy, participants will be supported through a series of processes for increasing leadership capacity and an ability to lead an area of responsibility that focuses on maximising outcomes.
