Make Music Day UK

Make Music Day is an annual UK wide, free day of music held in public spaces, from squares to libraries, bandstands to school halls and arts centres, held on the summer solstice, 21 June.

A host of different venues will be looking for musicians of all ages, kinds and musical genres to fill their locations with music.

Learn to Play Day

Learn To Play Day is the flagship event of the UK’s Music for All Charity, offering a free “taster” lesson on a musical instrument at hundreds of UK venues.

People who have never played and people who used to play, all came on the day to try an instrument.
