Awards for Young Musicians: CPD Questionnaire

Awards for Young Musicians have delivered their Identifying Talent CPD training to over 1,000 music leaders to date. In 2018 they also launched a series of peer to peer training resources called Practical Progression. AYM are passionate about innovation and research and supporting music leaders to add new skills to their tool kits. As part of their ongoing organisational development AYM are asking colleagues from across music education about their current training needs and the resources available to meet them.
