The beat goes on at Music Day in Thurrock

Thurrock Music Services brought together 120 pupils from local primary schools in a dazzling celebration of World Music for Music Day on  21st June. The Backstage Centre in Purfleet reverberated to the sounds of Steel Pans, Samba, African and Taiko drumming. The grand finale saw all 120 students join forces performing a piece specially created on the day by Chris Woodham and Tim Scarborough.
