If you understood that sentence then we could have just the post for you. We are looking for a 0.5 youth support worker with a focus on supporting our informal musical education offer to young people. You will be able to mentor young bands, run one to one recording sessions using a variety of digital audio workstation, support young people in attaining their Bronze and Silver Arts Award and develop performance opportunities alongside partner organisations. In return you will get to work with talented young people across a diverse range of musical genres.
