An excellent opportunity has arisen in the Woodwind department of Berkshire Maestros for a vibrant and enthusiastic music teacher to supply short term cover teaching, particularly clarinet and flute, some saxophone as well as recorder, in the Wokingham and Bracknell areas for at least 8 weeks, with the possibility of being extended further.

An excellent opportunity has arisen in the Woodwind department of Berkshire Maestros for a vibrant and enthusiastic music teacher to supply short term cover teaching, particularly clarinet and flute, some saxophone as well as recorder, in the Wokingham and Bracknell areas for at least 8 weeks, with the possibility of being extended further. We are initially offering teaching on a self-employed basis, with the possibility of more regular/permanent work for the right candidate.

You have the opportunity to enhance and develop a career within one of the most successful music hubs in the country, being involved with all areas of the music service. This includes ensemble direction, together with a mix of beginner, intermediate and high end tuition, in addition to group and first access projects, as well as supporting the development of Berkshire’s renowned county level orchestra and prestigious Academy@Maestros programme for gifted and talented students.
