Are you an excellent and enthusiastic woodwind or string teacher who can inspire and motivate children? Applications are now welcomed from innovative, committed and inspirational teachers who may wish to join our teaching team. We currently have positions for short or long term supply with some contracted posts also available from September.

Wakefield Music Services is the highly regarded lead organisation for the Wakefield Music Education Hub. The Service offers quality diverse instrumental tuition and musical ensemble opportunities to over 7,500 young people in a variety of primary and secondary schools, academies and vibrant music centres every week.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our existing team of teachers who all benefit from a wealth of high quality support including CPD and mentoring. Instrumental teachers employed by the service also enjoy nationally agreed conditions of service and a casual car user allowance is associated with the post.
