Vocal Teachers and Choral Directors
NMPAT is seeking to expand its busy vocal department with the addition of two new posts for vocal teachers and/or choral directors. Applications are invited from outstanding practitioners keen to join a busy and vibrant department.
The Trust has vacancies for two vocal teachers and/or choral directors to join the busy vocal team of NMPAT.These posts are available as either full-time or part-time and include Saturday mornings.Duties to include:o Small group and individual teaching in schools in Northamptonshire, with delivery available in the Wellingborough, Welford and Northampton areaso Working in one of the NMPAT Saturday morning area music centresAdditional areas of work on offer:o Vocal projects in schools,o NMPAT Primary Vocal curriculum,o Wellbeing projects,o Large scale projects and choral workshopsPotential areas of expansion:o Potential to teach specialist individual lessons out of school hourso Potential to coach and conduct NMPAT County choirs either in Northampton or regionallyThis post offers the opportunity to become involved in the full life of one of the busiest Music Education Hubs in the country.
