As Vice Principal you’ll manage the Music Faculty which, as lead organisation for the MK Music Hub, is central to the strategic direction of music experiences and opportunities in MK. You’ll be able to maintain and develop a number of key partnerships to ensure there is equal access to high quality musical experiences across MK. This will include the ability to lead, manage and motivate a team of staff in delivering strategic support and advice to schools and other stakeholders in whole-class instrumental teaching and music driven curriculum projects.
