Upper Strings Teachers – Sessional Register

£24.56 per hour plus 12% holiday pay

We are seeking to expand our pool of hourly paid teachers to deliver upper string instrumental and tuition to individuals, small groups and whole classes in schools across the Birmingham area.

We are seeking to expand our pool of hourly paid teachers to deliver upper string instrumental and tuition to individuals, small groups and whole classes in schools across the Birmingham area. There is immediate work available and maternity cover work from the spring term.

Teachers must be enthusiastic and committed team members, willing and able to travel within the Birmingham area, and happy to work in a variety of schools across this diverse city.

Applications are welcome from qualified and unqualified teachers.

The Music Service is an admitted body to the Teachers’ Pension Scheme. Services for Education has a focus on staff wellbeing and development. All sessional teachers receive an iPad for routine teaching and administration and benefit from the annual cycle of training and development.
