Training and Mentoring Manager (Maternity Cover)
Music Masters is seeking maternity cover for the part time role (3 days) of Training and Mentoring Manager to support the delivery of professional development.
This is a pivotal role supporting the delivery of Music Masters’ strategy, and is key in building Music Masters’ national workforce development and support offer. In this role you will be hands-on in delivering professional development for our London-based teaching team, an essential part of the Musicians of Change (PGCEi) programme delivery team, and instrumental in developing the mentoring programmes we run with and for an ever-increasing national network of game-changing music educators.
