Our greatest strength is our fast growing teaching team and we are looking for a dynamic personality to oversee it and be responsible for ongoing performance.
You should have a musical background with both instrumental experience and competence in music sequencing.

You will be located at our offices in Guildford and will join at an exciting time in our development and growth. You must be comfortable in a fast paced office environment and working under pressure, particularly at certain times during the academic year.

A creative and practical thinker who can define the role as their own and can contribute to and work to improve existing processes

Your responsibilities will include:

– identifying and connecting with potential candidates through a variety of channels;
– training new teachers, supporting their integration, ongoing performance monitoring;
– engage in regular communications with the teaching team to receive feedback;
– providing cyclical reports on individual school performance;

You will work closely with and report to the M:Tech Course Director and have significant involvement in discussions relating to future course development and direction.

You will be supported in all admin and contractual aspects of recruitment by the HR Lead.
