We are looking for an experienced instrumental teacher to support woodwind teaching within the Music Service ensuring that existing teaching is supported and developed through Whole Class Instrumental Teaching (WCIT), small group instrumental tuition, ensemble leadership and various other forms of workshop delivery.

The Ideal candidate will have relevant instrumental teaching experience, specialising on clarinet and be able provide tuition on a range of other woodwind instruments. We particularly welcome applications from those able to support the teaching of double reed instruments.

Applications are welcome from qualified and unqualified teachers.

Contract offered under teachers’ terms and conditions of service with some locally agreed variations. Wolverhampton Music Service is an admitted body to the Teachers’ Pension Scheme.

Full time contract adhering to the published school term dates – subject to an annual 20% variability clause.
