West Sussex Music is seeking dedicated and dynamic music teachers to join a specialist team that provides high quality, enactive whole class music tuition to children aged 5 – 7 years, across the county. This post may be offered on a full-time or part-time basis depending on availability.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following essential skills:

  • Excellent classroom practitioner
  • Ability and willingness to adopt the principles of Dalcroze Eurythmics and Simultaneous Learning
  • Excellent communicator
  • Belief in the benefits of a holistic approach to music education
  • Ability to engage with and nurture young children and their musical development
  • Commitment to undergo initial training

Knowledge of Dalcroze and Simulatneous Learning methods is desirable.
