We are recruiting for a new Teacher Development Manager to work closely with our Learning and Qualifications Director and other colleagues in leading the development and ongoing review of a comprehensive programme of teacher development offered by ABRSM in partnership with the Royal Schools of Music.

For this reason, we are looking for someone who has the expertise in music and teacher education, to aid ABRSM in advancing its support for a variety of learning pathways more broadly, including new resources for teachers that align with and complement ABRSM’s teacher development programme and associated qualifications.
You will have a proven track record in music education, broad and deep experience of working with teachers, and be educated to at least postgraduate level in Music, Education or another relevant subject, (or with equivalent experience).
