Senior Leader – Partnerships, Progression and Development

£43,500 FTE

Berkshire Maestros, the lead organisation of the Berkshire Music Hub, is looking for an inspiring leader with a strong track-record in music education. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience of leadership in addition to outstanding interpersonal skills and be an excellent motivator of staff.

In this exciting role you will report to the CEO and be part of the senior leadership team responsible for delivering on the vision and strategy of Berkshire Maestros. You will be responsible for managing middle leaders and for the delivery of the Inclusion strategy at our six thriving music centres across the county. The role includes responsibility for the progression journey of children and young people from Early Years to County level groups and ensembles as well as working effectively with partners ensuring inclusive opportunities for all. The ideal candidate will have extensive people management experience in addition to the ability to work progressively at expanding the musical reach in the county collaborating with new and existing stakeholders.

This role commands a competitive salary of £43,500 per annum (full time equivalent). We offer a generous benefits package including Teachers Pension, car allowance and flexible working options.
