The ideal candidate will have substantial experience of leadership in addition to outstanding interpersonal skills and be an excellent motivator of staff.

In this exciting role you will report to the CEO and be part of the senior leadership team responsible for delivering on the vision and strategy of Berkshire Maestros. We are looking for someone who can take a lead with schools’ music advisory and consultancy work, supporting schools and music subject leader’s at all key stages. You will be keen to promote high-quality curriculum progression in schools as well as delivering engaging and relevant CPD for schools’ staff.
