Sector Support Manager (Arts and Music)

£30,000 per annum (full time)

This Sector Support Manager role will involve working across the primary school and music education organisations, planning and implementing strategies that will support the retention and growth of organisations in the formal education sector to successfully deliver Trinity suites of music and arts qualifications. This role is a 1 year fixed-term contract.

About the Role
Your role as Sector Support Manager will involve working across the primary school and music education organisations, planning and implementing strategies that will support the retention and growth of organisations in the formal education sector to successfully deliver Trinity suites of music and arts qualifications. You will manage a portfolio of key customer accounts and be responsible for ensuring we deliver an exceptional customer service to them and our wider customers.

The main objective of the role is to achieve a high retention rate – you’ll help manage the overall on-boarding process for new centres, manage feedback and complaints from customers to resolution and seek ways to enhance and improve our service offerings. You’ll use customer engagement data to identify opportunities for growth, work closely with Marketing and Communications to support retention campaigns and working particularly closely with colleagues in business development. This role is a 1 year fixed-term contract.

About You
Your experience of working within the formal education sector, particularly if you have experience of delivering music qualifications or working in primary education will be highly valued. This role will suit someone who has an aptitude for project management, confident presenting skills and strong analytical skills for spotting data trends. You’ll be successful in this role if delivering a first-class customer service ranks highly in your priorities. Some knowledge of UK arts and cultural landscape, youth and community and relevant policy would be highly desirable.
