THE ROLE
• We are looking for passionate and inspiring music teachers across to encourage the musical progression and personal development of children aged 4-11
• Delivering band lessons in primary schools by combining our unique and progressive teaching method with your personal flair
• Giving children the opportunity to have their first ever experience of playing an instrument
• Supporting children during their first live performances
• Maintaining high communication and customer service standards with parents and schools
• Maintaining relationships with multiple schools
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Multi-instrumentalist – competent on at least 2 of: drums, guitar, keyboard and vocals
• Must have full UK driving licence and own transport
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with both children and adults
• Outgoing, confident and approachable
• Energetic and enthusiastic with high stamina and persistence
• Strong independent worker with good time management skills
• Great IT/administration skills and attention to detail
• Experience of playing in bands
• Teaching experience preferred, but not a requirement (training will be provided)
