We are excited to be recruiting for a new post within our senior management team to enable us to continue to develop accessible and inclusive musical progression routes for children and young people across Lancashire.

We are looking for an outstanding music educator / musician, with the ability to take a strategic lead for progression and inclusion. You will have experience and a proven track record of managing people and resources.

You will be required to provide a car for use in connection with the duties of this post and must be insured for business use. However, we may consider you if you cannot drive because of a disability.
