Music Masters is recruiting a Programmes Coordinator to support the day-to-day functions of a busy and proactive Programmes Team. Taking an active role in the administration of our regular music activities in our Flagship Schools in central London and our National Teacher Training Programmes.

Working as part of a busy team, the Programmes Coordinator will have a central role in the smooth and successful delivery of Music Masters’ Schools and Educator Development Programmes. The postholder ensures effective day-to-day coordination and administration across multiple areas that impact our five Flagship Schools in central London and our full range of national training programmes. By facilitating clear communication, strong organisation, and seamless logistics, this role plays a vital part in ensuring Music Masters’ programmes run effectively, helping to create meaningful musical and educational experiences for children, teachers, and communities.
