National Children’s Orchestras (NCO) empowers children through orchestral music. We are seeking a Programme and Orchestras Manager to lead the planning and delivery of all orchestral programmes, oversee the team, and ensure inspiring experiences for young musicians.

We are looking for a Programme and Orchestras Manager to join our Administrative Team and lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of activities across all of our orchestral programmes.

The role will manage projects including Orchestral Days, Schools Concerts, Student Placements, Side by Side Projects and Audience Development initiatives, and will support the annual programme of auditioned activity alongside existing Orchestra Managers. The post involves delivering activity across the UK, with evening, weekend and school holiday working required, and contributing to the creative development and long-term planning of NCO’s work.

This role offers the opportunity to shape inspiring orchestral experiences for young musicians across the UK and contribute to the organisation’s wider access and engagement initiatives.
