Peripatetic Teachers

Violin
We have both Full Time or Part hours available, on a Contract or self employed basis.
The roles in Reading/West Berkshire will include an evening at Reading or Newbury Music Centre and the Bracknell/Wokingham roles to include evenings at our Bracknell/Wokingham music centre.
Voice
We have part time, 4 hours a week at a school outside of Newbury.
Saturday mornings at our Reading Music Centre 4.5 hours per week as Maternity cover.
Choir at Reading Music Centre on a Tuesday night
Hours also available in Wokingham/Bracknell/Windsor to develop a vocal teacher.
This is available on a self employed or contract basis for the right person. Any of the hours can be combined.
Early Years
At our Windsor Music Centre on Saturday mornings, 2/3 hours, teaching our Mini Maestros classes.
Woodwind
In the Reading/West Berkshire area we have a total of 18 hours of teaching available, this includes Friday night ensemble direction.
Specialist saxophone teacher
At our Reading Music Centre, Monday evenings as maternity cover. This includes high level saxophone teaching and also directing the county saxophone ensemble.
Clarinet/Saxophone teacher
East Berkshire – to develop teaching including teaching whole class First Access (our Widening Opportunities programme) and to teach at our Bracknell/Wokingham Music centres.
This could be combined with the above post.
Specialist clarinet/saxophone teacher
We have an evening at our Newbury Music Centre.
Guitar
We have hours available in the Bracknell/Wokingham area for growth. This would also include teaching ukulele or guitar whole class projects.
Orchestral Percussion
We have evenings available at our Bracknell Music Centre and a tutor opportunity available for our county youth orchestra courses during the October half term and Easter holidays.
Drum kit or orchestral percussion teacher
We have availability in West Berkshire including an evening or Saturday morning at our Newbury music centre, this role will be on a Self employed basis.
