Cumbria Music Service are the lead organisation for Cumbria Music Education Hub and the successful candidate will be integral to the continuing development of opportunities for young people. Teaching will be in a range of schools and the successful candidate will be expected to deliver whole class woodwind small group/individual lessons as well as support extracurricular activities.
The post will be mainly focused in South Lakeland and Barrow areas building upon a range of successful established teaching in both primary and secondary schools. As the lead organisation for the music education hub (www.cumbriamusichub.com) we have a number of strong local and national partnerships with music and arts organisations and the successful candidate will be expected to be fully engaged in contributing towards the continued development of opportunities for our young people.
We’d ideally like the successful candidate to commence employment in the Autumn Term 2020 however a later start may be possible dependent upon notice period.
