Opera North is England’s national opera company in the North and one of Europe’s leading arts organisations. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, well-motivated Pathways Manager to manage a portfolio of training opportunities for young people within the Opera North Young Performers Programme; including but not limited to the Saturday In Harmony instrumental programme, the In Harmony Opera North choir and skills building workshops for singers aged 16-21.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with people at all levels and from all backgrounds and be able to demonstrate excellent administration skills with a strong attention to detail. This post is subject to enhanced DBS clearance.
