Here at Cheltenham Ladies’ College, you’ll enjoy teaching motivated and intelligent pupils who consistently achieve results at the very highest level in GCSE, A Level and IB examinations. There are also excellent resources, support and development – plus a team that manages boarding duties, so you can focus on what you do best: teaching.

You can look forward to a truly inspiring working environment too, right in the heart of Regency Cheltenham, described as the cultural centre of the Cotswolds.

College itself combines a rich and pioneering heritage with an exciting future. Around 850 pupils benefit from the knowledge and expertise gained over the last 160 years of teaching young women. Driven by innovation and challenge, we prepare our girls to achieve their full potential in a complex and changing world.

You will be able to teach from Y7 to Y13, including GCSE and A Level and we welcome applications from recently qualified teachers and those with experience gained in either the independent or maintained sector.

If you are also an Organist and Pianist, we may be able to increase the role to full-time and an Allowance would also apply.

Please feel free to contact Dominic Hawley, Director of Music, to discuss options in further detail (hawleyd@cheltladiescollege.org).
