Berkshire Maestros, lead organisation for the Berkshire Music Education Hub is looking to appoint a number of highly qualified instrumental and vocal specialists to participate in our innovative and unique paid intern programme – ‘Earn While You Learn’, for the most gifted and talented young musicians as they leave Conservatoire or University and seek first employment from September 2017.

The Berkshire Maestros paid internship EARN WHILE YOU LEARN is designed to introduce young/inexperienced teachers new to instrumental/whole class teaching into the peripatetic music teaching profession, the work of the music service and the hub.
As an intern, you will be paid as you train to become a high calibre teacher and provided with a superb grounding in all aspects of music service work. The induction programme comprises training, support, monitoring and assessment elements.
