Calderdale Music Trust, supported by over 30 highly qualified specialist music tutors, offers a wide variety of music programmes for schools and individuals of all ages within the Calderdale region. As we continue to expand musical opportunities we have recently restructured our administrative and office provision and are now looking to recruit two motivated, highly organised and experienced individuals, who will ideally (although this is not essential!) possess a passion for music.

These are unique opportunities to join a young and developing organisation that prides itself in delivering top quality music provision within an agreeable, yet professional and rewarding, working environment. We deliver outstanding music education support for children, young people and adults. Both of these posts offer the opportunity to work flexible hours (including involvement in supporting conferences, tours and special events).

These roles will play a key element in ensuring the smooth operation of all financial, administrative and marketing aspects of the business in order to support the Director and Assistant Director of Music.

You must have:

  • experience in the role as detailed in the person specification
  • an ability to work on your own initiative
  • a genuine interest in the arts and culture sector

In return you will enjoy:

  • considerable flexibility to manage your own workload
  • whole hearted support from an experienced Trust Board
  • encouragement in accessing training and development opportunities
