North Lincolnshire Council is recruiting a Music Service Programme Manager to join our innovative Culture and Creative Partnership team to drive forward our ambitions to make North Lincolnshire a leading area for arts and culture.

This is a new post, responsible for managing music support to schools within North Lincolnshire. You will manage a team of professional music tutors, ensuring that the day-to-day operation runs smoothly, that timetables are met, and be the main point of contact for all school enquiries. You should be passionate about music education and improving opportunities and outcome for children and young people.

You must be able to demonstrate good management skills, able to motivate your team, as well as ensuring the delivery of a quality service to schools. You will also be responsible for managing the Music Centre, a programme of 8 youth orchestras and groups, as well as other large-scale collaborative events and performances with schools and communities. A good knowledge of Safeguarding is a requirement of this post.
