Awards for Young Musicians (AYM) is seeking a dynamic Mentoring Manager to run our Talent to Talent 2 peer to peer mentoring programme via which young musicians at different stages of their musical journeys mentor each other. We are delighted to have received a generous Project Grant from Arts Council England to build on the learning from Talent to Talent’s pilot phase, enabling us to develop and share this exciting young person led model.

You will be an experienced programme manager, passionate about increasing access to music making for disadvantaged young people and committed to helping them overcome the barriers they face to fulfilling their musical potential.

This is a fixed term contract from November 2019 to December 2020 inclusive.
